NextGEN - Substance drug log

Step 1 : Click on Preferences and formulary as shown below 

Step 2 : Scroll down and go to Prescirption & details and click on it as shown below.

Step 3: Click on EDIT option and choose a specific Plan item and select it as " Controlled " , " Narcotic " or " reportable " as shown below and then click on the GREEN  tick mark to save the changes.

Step 4; Once the planitems are marked for Controlled " , " Narcotic " or " reportable,  

             Go to Inventory and reports >> Inventory reports >> Substance Drug log report as shown below

Step 5: Select the date range and select the Controlled "  " Narcotic " or " reportable and click on APPLY FILTER for the substance drug log report.
