Step 1: Go "Setup"

Step 2: Click on "Organization"

Step 3: Select "Clinics"

Step 4: Click on "Add Clinic"

Step 5 (A) :

• Please fill up the application completely and also the once marked with asterisk as very important.
  
• Select the Clinic Type based on your preference
  

Step 5 (B) : Email's

• Please enter your clinic email for all your communications with you and your clients.
  

Step 5 (C): This part can help you set your Time Zone and working hours.

• Set up your Slack Channel to interact with your team
  
• Add your phone number's, by selecting the phone type
  
• Add your clinic website address
  

Step 6: This part you can add your Clinic Image & Logo by just clicking on the "Browse" option and save.

• Please follow the steps 1 to 4 from above steps and select from the drop down from if you want add a " Mobile / Multiple Clinic" or Referring clinic".

• Once done please follow the steps from 5 to 6 and save.
