Next Gen - EMR/SOAP set up
Navigation:
Go to Setup >> Organization >> Clinics >> Settings. (The gear Icon shown below)

Under EMR/SOAP Settings, you will have the option to update the information shown below.
1 > Electronic Medical Record Format : Will help you select the EMR to be displayed in Portrait or Landscape
2> EMR Display Layout : Will help you display the EMR in EMR ordered or in Strictly Chronological Order.
3> Display Layout of Plans on EMR : Will help you display the plan item grouped according to the category or in chronological order.
4> EMR/SOAP can be modified upto : Will help you edit the EMR until the number of days entered here or Unlimited days.
5> Default Encounter Name: The name entered here will be the default name of the Encounter when you create one for patient.
6> Display unattended in Subjective and Objective in EMR : Will help you get the list of questions unanswered on an exam and history forms.
7> Access Encounter options through quick Icon : A Floating Icon will be displayed on the EMR for you toggle between different options on EMR.
8> Display draft mode in EMR : Will help you show the forms (Exam&History form) if they are not completed as they are in draft mode.
