1) Go to the client file >> once an invoice has been successfully generated please click on the accounting tab and then click on accept payment. 

2) Check the invoices to be paid with the check box and click on apply now. 

3) Select the payment mode in the ( Payment mode drop down )  and click on confirm. You can also use the inbuilt calculator for cash transactions.
