Add / Modify / Search  Vendor Details

Vendor Lists and their Contacts - Navigation

List of Vendors

1) Search a Vendor by typing the keyword like name, address, etc

2) Select Vendor type e.g distributor, laboratory, pharmacy, shipper etc (Vendor type can be defined by the user. A separate lesson is available)

3) Click on Search Vendor to get the list of vendors as per the search keywords

5) Add a new vendor

6) Edit vendor

7) A Vendor can have multiple offices (locations) and contact information. Click on the vendor to add / edit additional contact information and locations / offices

Add / Edit a Vendor

1) Select whether you want the vendor to be displayed in the Vendor list

2) Vendor Type

 Click on Modify Vendor button to save the changes

Once done with adding Vendor detail click on >> Add/update Vendor Location & Person

Click on Add to update the contact person detail..and save.
