Legacy - Adding Referral clinics and Referral Staff

If your clinic also functions as a Referral Practice Clinic, then please follow these steps to make the changes in 'Settings'

You will need to inform us that you wan to set your practice up as a referral practice as we will then throw a switch that will allow you to make the following additions to your system



1. Click on Personal Access Rights and their Scheduling.
2. 'Referral Clinic Doctors/ Staff' will be active if you are a Referral Practice Setup. Click on it.


1. This is a drop down list of all the Referral clinics linked to you.
2. To add new Referral Clinic, Click here.


Enter all the details in the fields provided.


Click on 'Add' to save the information.


The Referral Clinic can now be viewed in your Settings.

How to link the staff of Referral clinics to your Practice.


1. Go to SETTINGS AND REPORTS >> SETTINGS >> PERSONNEL- ACCESS RIGHTS AND THEIR SCHEDULING >> REFERRAL CLINIC DOCTORS/ STAFF Search.
2. Add the details of their staff too.


Fill in the details.

Make sure to click on "Add Staff"

Select the client/ patient
1. Click on EMR
2. This gives you a choice of sending data to the Referral clinic staff as well as the client.

Now if you add a new Client / Patient

Now if you add a new Client / Patient you will need to assign the Referral hospital and staff member to the client and pet respt.
If the client / patient already exist you will need to edit their files and modify the same with the above details.

Only if you do this will the email address come up for you to copy the referral doctor....

BI section will give you the revenue reports you require across referral clinics.
