Next Gen - Referral clinics, Referral Staff and Referral Patients.

Go to : Setup >> Organization >> Clinics.


      Step 1: Go to Set up

Once you click on Clinics, you will have the list of clinic that you have already created, please click on Add clinic as shown below.


On this page, you will have the option to create a referral clinic. Please follow the screensteps below.



Please check the option "Referring Clinic" and then complete the page with entering the information required.
And once everything is done, please click on Save.

In order to Add a referring Staff member, please click on : Setup >> Organization >> Staff List.

Once you are on that page, please click on Add Staff.



Once you're on that page, please select the referring Clinic that you just created and complete the list with adding all the information required.




As shown above, please click on the drop down and select the referring clinic that you created and complete the process of adding the staff.


In order to Link or assign the Pet/patient with the referring doctor, please edit the pet's file as show below.



1 > Click on the patient's name.
2> Click on the Edit.

Once you're on the page, please search for the option Referring Clinic - Doctor as shown below.



1 >>  Click on the drop down under Clinic and select the referral clinic that you added.
2>>  Click on the second drop down - Referring Doctor and add the doctor/Staff that you created.
3>>  After selecting both the options, please click on "ADD"

Once added, please click on "update" at the very bottom for the changes to get applied.
