NextGen - How do I reset my password?
User can click on "Forgot Password" as shown below, an email with a password reset link will be sent to the registered email address.
If a user doesn't get an email after following the above steps, he/she can contact office manager or Admin to reset the password.
1) Please click on the setup widget as shown below. Navigate to organization then staff list.
2) click on the user Id icon shown below, under the staff you want to reset the password.
3) Click on the reset password link. Email with a password reset link will be sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders.
