First Select client & Patient
1) then click on plan
2) Select plan or Group Plan and edit the details if needed like unit USD etc.
3) Save that plan item
after that to estimate that click on ESTIMATE .
here if needed we can fill details like Estimate name, comment etc and then click on Finalize & Authorize Estimate
then it will again ask for confirmation, to proceed further click OK
1: Low Qty shows that its minimum required quantity to perform this particular plan item, Say for e.g If you say for this surgery Betadine solution is Expected 2 Qty But in her case the surgery can be done by using 1 Qty so then you can insert 1 in Low Qty this radio Button Indicate that Clinic and Customer Accepted quantity.
2: Indicate best Expected Qty
3:Radio Button this Indicates on which the Clinic and Customer finally agrees.
4: In case if you want to enter any Comment for That particular Estimate one can Enter Here
5: If you want to save this Estimate for future means in case Customer has not finalize that estimate you can save it
6 : If Customer has Finalize & Authorize Estimate then Click here
