Step 1 >> Go to Set up >> Market place >> Click on Meet as shown below.

Step 2 >> Click on INTEGRATE on the right hand side
NOTE : its mandate to have a GMAIL account to integrate with the google meet as shown below to proceed

Step 3 >> After you modify with the Gmail account , click on Advacned.

And then click on Go to Vetport.com as shown below

Step 5 >> Then click on ALLOW as shown below 

Step 6>> You will get a " SUCCESS " message saying you have are successfully signed in with google as shown below 

Step 7>> If you are integrarting with Gsuite email accounts please follow the below steps 

Go to the calendar of the email that you have integrated the Telemedicine application.

Click on SETTINGS

Select the Check box " Automatically add events from gmail to my Calendar " as shown below

NOTE : If you dont see this check box, please contact your admin for further assistance. 

Step 8 >> Now when you book an appointment, you get an option " MEET " Please check on the box which will send the Telemedicine video link over the email to your client. once you click on SAVE

NOTE : When you select the option MEET , EMAIL option gets automatically checked as well.

Customer will recive an emall as shown below and they will be able to join the meet by clicking on the link shown below 

Step 9 >> Clinic can join the video link by clicking on the appoitment from the Calendar.
