"VETport Live data backup on the Amazon"
Over and above the database backup that do at regular intervals, we have developed a data backup solution where your data can be accessed by you live online in a secure manner.
You would need to buy your space on the Amazon . The instructions for the same is as enclosed.
Data will be mirrored here at the end of every day (at 02:00 AM Local time). We have developed a user interface that you can use to access basic information to keep your operations going. This solution is a first of it’s kind anywhere in the Industry which goes to prove our commitment to you that your data is yours.
This help file will guide you to create and setup your Amazon web services account.

(As of now what you get with your Free S3 account from Amazon: AWS Free Tier includes 5GB storage, 20,000 Get Requests, and 2,000 Put Requests with Amazon S3.)
To sign for s3 account, you need to go http://aws.amazon.com/s3/ this URL, and click on "Try Amazon S3 for Free"
1) Enter your email id
2) Select "I am a new user."
3) Sign-in using our secure server
IF you already have the Amazon account, just sign in, and you will be redirected to fill contact information page.
Fill up all the fields and click on Create account.
Fill up all the required details, and select "Create Account and continue"
1) Go to www.amazon.com
2) Login with your username and password
3) Hover on to, Your Account and select "Your Account"
Select "Web Services Account" which is under Your Other Accounts.
Click on "Sign in to the console"
On this page, Select "Services" from Top menu and Then Click on "S3"
On this Screen you need to click on
1) Your account name
2) Security Credentials
1) Select user from left hand side menu.
2) Click on "Create New User"
1) Enter user name which will be your vetport clinic instance name, if you access your vetport at demo.vetport.com then your user name will be "demo".
2) Please make sure "generate an Access key for each user"
3) hit on "create"
After that this screen will appear, Please make sure you download access key by clicking on "Download Credentials", because you need to share this file vetport for setting up your VETport S3 backup account.
After downloading click on Close.
after that close previous screen, Please click on use name, which you just created.
To setup The policy, Please click on "Attach Policy"
1) Please select "AmazonS3FullAccess" from policies list, which will be probably first list.
2) Click on "Attach Policy"
