Legacy - How to Quick add Client / Patient
VETport allows you to add a new Client/Patient patient with minimum details for a quick entry. There are a couple of ways you could access the quick add screen.
Quick Add Client / Patient from Registration Menu
Click Registration and then Click Add Client / Patient for an appointment
Quick Add Client / Patient from Search Page
Alternatively you can Quick Add Client / Patient from the Search Screen.
Enter details of New Client / Patient for an Appointment.
You can Add the a Client and Patient from this screen with Minimum details here. All fields on this page are Mandatory.
Once you have entered the details Click on Add Client /Patient + Make Appointment to jump to the appointment creation screen.
